In the fall of 2009, I was awarded a scholarship from the Colorado International 4-H Youth Exchange (IFYE) to live in another country for 6 months, working with a variety of rural host families while learning about their culture. Recently, I learned I will be living in Germany (my first choice)! While I am uncertain where I’ll be exactly, my plane tickets have been purchased. See the map below. June 21 I fly from Denver, Colorado to Frankfurt, Germany where I go on to Hamburg. As I travel more, I’ll update the map and keep you posted with this blog of my experiences.
